Silently and swiftly, the First Born ascends to his room to retrieve his surrogate daughter.
The Vergebians break through the first wall of defense as he descends into the labyrinth of tombs where the Blue Sister is waiting for them.
In the darkness, he silently hands the child over to his sister.
Emotion overcomes him, and as the First Born fights the tears,and to the shock of his sister--the first time he has spoken in over two decades, whispers to his daughter, "Please remember me."
With that, he vanishes into the darkness never to see either of them again. As he emerges from the tombs, chaos reigns around him and he rushes into the death frenzy joining his people to slay as many invaders as he can.
